
Steady in the Stillness is a gentle, grounding strength + balance practice supporting your body and nervous system in the winter months.
Class Schedule: Tuesdays, 6:30 - 7:30 PM (Eastern), January 13 - February 17
Duration: 6 weeks
Location: Zoom. You'll receive the Zoom link in your registration confirmation email.
Difficulty: Mixed-Level
Cost: This is a free or pay-what-you-want class. No payment is required to attend. However, if you do want to leave a tip you can do so when you register.

Your Instructor: Jocelyn Leatherwood (RYT) began practicing yoga in 1999 at a local gym, originally to improve flexibility. In 2017, she completed her 200-hour teacher training and began teaching flow-based classes. Jocelyn teaches mixed-level yoga with an emphasis on mindful movement, breath, strength, and mobility, supporting students in building practices that feel steady, sustainable, and supportive over time.
