"Since I began the classes, I have significantly improved flexibility, muscle tone and balance. The class has also helped me reduce the effects of knee arthritis. Jocelyn is an excellent leader. She demonstrates and explains the practice positions clearly, offers options, and works with participants to meet their needs and address any specific challenges they may face with the exercises. Jocelyn has worked to make each practice work well with over Zoom. Each series has a different focus, so that there is variety in the practices."
-CAMILLE M., YOGA PRACTITIONER
"I always look forward to Jocelyn's online yoga sessions. The flow through positions moves at a pace that I can keep up with and the session always ends with a relaxation pose and inspirational reading."
-KATHLEEN G., Yoga Practitioner
What is the class schedule?
The class schedule can be found here.
How long is each class?
Most classes are 60 minutes, but I occasionally offer shorter or longer sessions. Check the schedule for details.
What equipment do I need for the class?
Primarily a yoga mat and a quiet space to practice. Yoga props—including blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters—can be invaluable aids to your practice, whether you're a novice or experienced yogi. If you don't have traditional yoga props, you can get creative with pillows, stacks of books, belts, or similar household items.
How do I register for classes?
From the Class Schedule page, select the class and complete the form.

How do I join the virtual class?
Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (free), if you don't have it already
Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page
After registering, you’ll receive an email with a Zoom link for the class.
You’ll also get a reminder email 1 hour prior to class start time.
Click the link a few minutes before class starts to join.
Can I drop in for just one class in a series?
Sure, but to support consistency and make things easy, you can only register for the series. That means you sign up once and you’re in for the full session—no need to register each week.
Why series only?
No weekly sign-up hassle
Automatic class reminders
A great way to commit to your practice
Showing up regularly helps you feel the real benefits of yoga—on and off the mat. Think of it as a gift to your future self. 😊
Do I need my camera on during class?
It's totally up to you. That said, having your camera on helps me see your form and offer guidance. It’s never about judgment or performance—just support. Yoga isn’t a competition, and you don’t have to be “good” to be seen.
What if I can’t do a pose?
I provide modifications for all poses, so you can practice at your own pace. Yoga is about what feels good in your body, not about perfection.
How can I contact you if I have more questions?
You can use the contact form on the homepage of my website.
