In this six-week series we’ll explore balance not just in poses, but in the spaces between them.
We’ll move through familiar yoga poses slowly and continuously, allowing each transition to become part of the practice. The pace may feel almost meditative at times, yet underneath we’ll be quietly building strength, stability, and awareness in the feet, legs, and hips.
Moving slowly often asks more of us than moving quickly. As we shift weight, step, turn, and rise with intention, the body learns to organize itself with steadiness and ease.
This series is suitable for anyone who would like to improve balance, strengthen stability, and move with greater confidence.
