
This is a 6-week yoga series over Zoom. The class will combine the traditional elements of yoga with the added resistance of bands to enhance your strength and mobility through a series of static and dynamic poses. This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to add a new dimension to your practice, Yoga with Bands offers a fresh and effective approach to achieving your fitness and wellness goals.
If you're purchasing a set of bands, the Beginner (Yellow/Red/Green) or Advanced (Blue/Black/Silver) Theraband sets provide a versatile option, but loop bands, tubing with or without handles, or a single band will also work. See this list for examples.

Your Instructor: Jocelyn Leatherwood (RYT) started practicing yoga at a local gym in 1999 to improve her flexibility. In 2017, she received her 200-hr yoga teacher certification and began teaching flow yoga classes. Jocelyn teaches mixed-level classes focusing on mindfulness, breathing, strength, and mobility.
