I typically offer 6-week yoga series that meet once a week over Zoom. These live, interactive classes offer a consistent space to explore movement, breath, and self-awareness. Occasionally, I also offer single drop-in classes or shorter series.
Classes focus on improving flexibility and strength, enhancing posture and body awareness, and reducing stress through mindfulness and breathing. The pace is slower, allowing time to move with care, explore alignment, and tune in to how each pose feels in your body.
Most classes incorporate the use of props—such as blocks, blankets, or straps—to support your practice and make poses more accessible or more challenging, depending on your needs.
Classes are mixed-level and welcoming to a variety of experience levels. Modifications and variations are always offered so you can find your own expression of each pose and practice in a way that feels sustainable and supportive.
Mindful Core
This class is designed to awaken and engage your core—not just your abs, but the deep stabilizing muscles that support your posture, balance, and overall movement. Through mindful sequencing, targeted core work, and breath-led transitions, you’ll develop strength, stability, and greater body awareness.
Mindful Core blends traditional yoga postures with functional movement to help you move with confidence both on and off the mat. All levels welcome, with options provided throughout.
Spring into Summer
Embrace the shift of seasons with this grounding and uplifting slow flow series. As spring’s energy begins to blossom into the fullness of summer, we’ll move with intention—balancing gentle strength, fluid movement, and spacious breath. Each class is thoughtfully sequenced to reflect the natural rhythms of this seasonal transition: clearing out, warming up, and opening to what’s next.
Expect slow, mindful flows, moments of stillness, and breath practices that help you feel both rooted and expansive. Whether you're seeking renewal, clarity, or simply time to connect with yourself, this series offers a space to move with the season—body, mind, and spirit. All levels welcome.
Yoga with Bands
Enhance your yoga practice with the gentle resistance of therabands. This unique class blends traditional yoga postures with resistance band work to build strength, improve mobility, and deepen body awareness. The bands provide support in some poses and added challenge in others—making this class accessible yet effective for all levels.
Whether you’re looking to stabilize your joints, increase flexibility, or simply explore a fresh approach to familiar poses, Yoga with Bands offers a mindful and engaging experience. Expect creative sequences, focused breathwork, and a fun, supportive atmosphere. All levels welcome.
Fall Flow
As the days grow cooler and the light begins to shift, this slow flow series invites you to turn inward and ground into the season of change. Through gentle, flowing movement and steady breath, we’ll explore the themes of letting go, balance, and restoration—mirroring nature’s graceful transition into autumn.
Each class offers mindful sequences that build warmth, cultivate stability, and encourage reflection. Expect a nourishing blend of movement and stillness designed to support your body and mind as you settle into the rhythm of fall. All levels welcome.
Yin Yoga
Slow down, soften, and settle into stillness. Yin Yoga is a meditative practice that targets the deeper connective tissues—ligaments, joints, fascia—through long-held, passive postures. Most poses are done seated or lying down and are held for several minutes to gently stretch and nourish the body from the inside out.
This class invites you to release physical tension and quiet the busy mind. With an emphasis on breath and inner awareness, Yin Yoga offers the space to turn inward, cultivate patience, and restore balance. It’s the perfect complement to more active practices and busy lives. Suitable for all levels—no experience needed.
Restorative Yoga
This deeply nourishing practice uses supportive props—like bolsters, blankets, and blocks—to help the body fully release into gentle, restful postures. Each pose is held for several minutes, allowing the nervous system to shift into a state of deep relaxation and healing.
Through stillness, breath, and quiet presence, you’ll be grounded, refreshed, and more at ease in both body and mind. No prior experience needed.
