Are you new to yoga classes over Zoom?

It can take a while to get used to doing yoga virtually--finding the right space, situating your camera, but once you get the hang of it, you'll likely to fall in love with the convenience.

Here a few tips to help you get started with my virtual classes:

  1. Once you’ve registered, if you don’t receive the email with the Zoom link, check your junk or spam folders
  2. If you haven’t used Zoom before, install the Zoom app on your computer or mobile device.
  3. Choose a space where you have enough room to move without too many obstructions or distractions
  4. Once you have logged into Zoom, change the view to Speaker View so you can see the instructor clearly. See instructions here.
  5. If your WiFi connection weakens, you can turn your video camera off
  6. Relax and breathe. No one is judging you!

After a few classes, you'll have a chance to get comfortable with your set up and find what works best for you.

Welcome to virtual yoga!
